Newent weekend
« on: 31 August 2015, 17:08:50 »

I've just remembered, nobody has said they are bringing a BBQ...   ...I still haven't replaced mine since the garage incident :(

Plan B is to nip down one of the take aways, which I might anyway, but sometimes its nice to be able to cure the late evening munchies ;D

This is good. The last thing fat, middle-aged men need is a barbecue.  ;D

If the shop "Bargain Buys" has made it down south, they do a travel one that folds down neatly, enough for a couple of people... Only about fifteen quid, so don't expect it to last, mind you...

May have a small one in the trailer tent, until I can get it up when it stops raining I won't know. I am taking an old George foreman grille and griddle, for my bacon and eggs for breakfast.
If I have a BBQ it won't be very big....I'll let you know later :y

Opened the trailer....there is one in there, and I have found another one in the garden. Both need TLC but may suit our purpose. Both are charcoal. I'd prefer to keep it that way with TB around. :)

Nothing, actually.
As you have just been through one trauma, I did not want you to suffer the same again, should the worst happen. ;) ::)
Incidently, what are you like in the vicinity of charcoal ;)

It's simple:

1. bring a gas BBQ minus the gas bottle.
2. Hook up gas regulator to Jimbob's arse
3. connect gas BBQ to regulator

4. dont forget to switch off the Jimbob gas supply before the chiminea competition ::)

Most gas regulators are only designed to cope with the vapour pressure of Propane, so a mere 10 BAR ish at room temperature. I don't think that'll end well. :-X
