Yes, I was thinking that as well as the Lincolnshire estates and the Welsh castle, he could do with a seaside retreat in the West Country.   :)

With the amount of spare cash the Lord has, buying sir Tigs fixer upper, is mear peanuts, and the cash would keep Tigs in Zumerset water or marina parts for years..
