Next you'll be telling me that the thread size is common between these and water containers..

Those containers are used for more than just oil......

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Drum-Tap-Aeroflow-Dispenser-for-Plastic-Drums-Fits-our-20L-25L-Containers/183557592397
or plenty of other sellers
I also put oil chip papers down in case of spills
(because chip papers have chip oil on and are not recyclable )
I save the empty 20L tubs and put waste oil in to take for recycling

Hm .. wonder if they'd deliver to Northampton. Come to think of it, I don't even know which our nearest is, anymore.. or if it's even that worthwhile for just oil (the BMW and Mini both happen to use 5W30). But I'm finally about to run out of the last of the TC oil I bought several years ago  :-X
20 litres TC 5W30 £35 plus VAT from Drive Vauxhall Bristol, delivered.
£35 plus vat = £42  ::)
you can get it with 24 hour tracked delivery for £38.99 including VAT here clicky
or fully synthetic for £41 for 20L with 24 hour tracked delivery, same seller

plus , 10w40 trade club semi for £37.99 inc VAT with 24 hour tracked delivery here

which would be better in a high mile £500 rusty vauxhall  :-X

without having to phone or go to or argue about trade club to vauxhall dealers ,many of which won't and don't do trade club

just a few clicks of the mouse to us "lazy ebay buyers " as TB put it

I've purchased many times from that seller, excellent service

as for coolant ,I pay about £11 for 5L of OAT concentrate at my local factors

I will pop to the local vauxhall main stealers Tuesday though......
to have the zafira dash ripped out for the recall  ;D
10w40 semi on TC is £24 delivered.  That makes dealing with the knobjockeys on egay expensive. But ebay usually is about the most expensive place.

Yeah, I bought a 3 pack of them, they are really shit.  No, I mean really, really shit.

Buy decent ones, or pour.  I do the latter, as I'm bored buying them.

Indeed. I bought myself a nice old half gallon steel oil pouring can from a 2nd hand shop for buttons and it's large enough target to just fire the big 20L tub into it without too much spillage. Gets easier once the first couple of litres have gone, ;D

Do you know how to roll the container so that it pours properly?
