But as the OPs avatar says London .....
no ditches or hedges to find , and with a maximum speed around London of about 7 mph ,perhaps anything black and round would do  ;D
probably no call for winter tyres either ,any snow would be cleared quickly in London ,unlike "up north "

If the OP leaves London in his car, and gets it to reasonable speeds ,then cheap tyres should be avoided on a 1.8 ton car ,
or any car really ,unless you drive like Miss Daisy .

My 2 pence worth  ;D

I have had a set of them on my Omega for the last year or so. No problems to report with them, other than the limit in the wet is lower than the limit would be on tyres costing three times the price, but that's to be expected.
They are certainly a hell of a lot better than Jinyu and other budget brands I have driven when fitted to Omegas .

For the extra £20, these would be a better bet, but for the price, currently £51, those Accelera are the best of the plastic tyres ;)

Just looked at the Posh Vectra, and the tyres on that are made by a perfume company, ;D

If your budget is tight, I'm sure that they will be fine for Londinium use.  :y

Fine for general use imo, as long as you don't intend driving like Eboy.com. Ime cheap tyres on Omegas are often dangerous in the wet - very low grip and letting go suddenly. You really don't want that in a car weighing 1.7 tons, as once past a certain point its often not easy to retrieve the situation. Accelleras are much better than that imo. Limit of wet grip not stupidly low, and loss of grip more progressive than  various other ditchfinders.
I do drive reasonably sedately these days though, but most other Omega drivers probably do too.

Can you get these down there:

https://www.barnsley-tyres.co.uk/TyreSearch/Details/68742/GT+Radial+Champiro+FE1+22555R16

I have them on my astra (although they're more expensive for some reason) and they've been good for the last 25,000 miles.

I've checked and yes the Champiros can be had for around £82 fitted. Presumably down to higher fitting costs in London.

But are they any better than the Acceleras? The Acceleras can be had for £43 ea delivered and about £25 fitting, VAT and disposal, so £68 a corner. And £82 for the Champiro is only £7 less than the Avon ZV7s fully fitted from a local dealer. So in that respect the GT Radial doesn't look like good value for money.

The problem with London is that it is Battle of the Somme territory, there are potholes more like shell craters everywhere, high kerbs, broken kerbs, screws raining from builder's vans and so on. Any tyre will be scrap due to damage before it wears out. Tough is important, so I like the sound of XL rated tyres as opposed to the standard 95W versions. And Doc Gollum says the Acceleras are fine on his Omega and 5 series.

Trouble with Camskill is the then £15-£20 a corner for fitting, which makes it a bloody expensive mid range tyre.
