First Lincolnshire Meet.
« on: 22 February 2013, 20:13:55 »

The first Lincolnshire Meet will take place on Sunday 17th March 2013, and if you cannot make this one then the April meet is on the Sunday 21st. The venue will be held at the Coach and Horses, Billinghay, Lincolnshire,  LN4 4DD from 12 noon onwards, if you wish to dine at this establishment on the day then please give them a ring and book a table, I can certainly recommend the food. Spouses and family most welcome.  :y

My thanks to those members who showed a interest in this meeting and my endless Pm's.  ;)

So such a lot to talk about on the day, why not came a long and meet like hearted people who have a love with the Omega experience.

Hopefully see you at one of our meets!  :y

Mike.

Just a reminder to everyone, this is an unofficial OOF meet and is not covered by any Omegaowners.com  Insurance or Liability.

That rings a rather large bell in my rather small brain.....   is it somewhere near "The College of Knowledge" ??  (Also known as RAF Cranwell ???  )  :)

If it is I'm sure I've eaten there in the dim and distant past  :)

Bit of a shame really that The Red Baron's meet a couple of weeks ago could'nt have been linked to this one, regretably can't justify the cost of coming to this one which is a just a bit to far to do without an overnight stay which two other southern members and myself did for TRB's meet near Derby.Perhaps if the High Wycombe meet happens then some of you guys might  make the trip down and do what some of the others do by staying overnight the day before as there are some good deals to be had at one of the local hotels. That way we can have a get together the night before the meet

Hi Nitro,

Unfortunately a few of us are unable to travel and stay overnight, but we will have to see how things pan out in the future! We do however have a member travelling & staying overnight to attend our meet from Derbyshire.

Hi tigers_gonads,

We look forward to seeing you if the LPG transfer works out.

Might try to get along to this one, depending on what's happening with work on my garage.  :y

All you'd have to do at the moment is clean it!  :-[  I can't wait to be able to park it in a nice warm, dry garage, under a soft, comfy car cover...  ::)

Trust me Marie, I know exactly where you're coming from!  My Omega has spent the last couple of months parked on my neighbour's drive while I've been making a mess of my place.

So far, I had 160 tonnes of hardcore delivered, and I've got 120 tonnes of topsoil to get shot of!!  :o :o

Hi Guys,

Spoke to the landlady at the Coach and Horses this morning, and she informed me that they have a Christening booked on the same day as our meet, but it will not affect us.  :D

She asked me to inform you all , that If you are thinking of having Lunch on that day then please remember to book a table in advance so she is aware of numbers.  :y

I look forward to seeing you all soon,

Mike.
