I am looking at organising a Cambelt meet early next year in the vicinity of Farnborough (exact address and instructions will be forwarded to invited members)

Facilities available:

- pit, long enough for 2 cars
- car lift
- sheltered space sufficient for half a dozen cars
- space for a BBQ
- Rest room with brew making facilities

Members will have to provide:

- Own tools and parts
- signed liability waiver
- (possibly) beer tokens toward group insurance cover for the day
- burgers and tea

Question is what dates are people free, esp some of the experts/admins?  I am personally leaning toward the end of Jan.

Pretty much free diary in the new year although 1st. February and the couple of weekends around it would be best avoided (Mrs. KW's birthday).

No work needs to be done at the moment but i would like Kevin to check the car over with his Tech2.
