hello to you all i hoipe you are all well sorry ive not been about for a couple of weeks but i had a relaps and was quite ill again but im on the mend again
so whats happened while ive been away thats if your not too embarresed to tell me ;) ;) ;) :-[ :-[

STEMO shat the bed, but that may have been before your recent "interesting times with the NHS". Still, I'm sure he's shat the bed again recently.
