Tbh if you have an aftermarket head unit in its unlikely you ever had Bose in the car as Bose sticks out its sound at 2 Ohms whereas most systems are 4 Ohms and not really interchangable so the whole system would need to be changed...

I believe  the ones that are Bose on units from the box are called something like CCR2006b...take it back get what you ordered or get the Vaux dealer to tech2 it to be bose on for free :y

Omega Electrical and Audio Help / Re: HID projector wiring
« on: 14 May 2009, 07:51:58 »
The HID's draw less power once up and running...bit of a bodge job wiring it in without the plugs but I guess its doable :y It just brown wire spliced to earth and yellow wire spliced to live for the ballast etc

Out of interested is it possible to fit a facelift double din stylee centre console in a pre facelift so a double din stereo can be put in??

102
Ahh just seen profile...2.6 so facelift...get in touch with Martin Imber (member on here) as he apparently does a great job fixing knackered key fobs so no need to get replacement codes and spend a lot of cash getting a replacement key fob :y

103
Knackered how by the way they can be repaired very easily :y

104
As said its on your car pass...dealer will get it for you if you dont have one...getting the code individually will cost the same and the car pass has ALL your codes on...
