Thanks, They both worked.  :y

Luckily I've got a expired debit card on my old NowTV account so no worries remembering to cancel anything  ;D ...Its far more cost effective to buy NowTV boxes when on offer with the pass cards their almost on offer all year round... Although I've not used NowTV at all in over a year probably. Can't complain for free though, hopefully they've updated their library with more than 3 films by now.

PFL/MFL
Fitted across the range, except on GLS. GLS buyers had no cost option of sunroof or A/C

FL
Fitted CDX/Elite only

Never yet seen an Omega sunroof leak.  And any leaks are far more likely to be blocked drain tubes.

And I would, in the UK, prefer sunroof to A/C

Is there a guide on how to check and if needs be clean the drains?, Can't say I've noticed any drain tubes.

Sunburnt bonce and a noisy windy cabin. Great.  :y :D ;D

You forgot to mention the tantalising prospect that as your car ages, it can morph into a semi-sentient being. Open itself of its own volition overnight and allow about 2 gallons of rainwater to seep into the front seats.

Or perhaps that's just the one in my car  ;D

Mine has done this very randomly maybe once or twice a year, It sh*t me up once opening while driving, Another time with the engine idling while in the house came out and it had tilted the sunroof, luckily not raining any time it's happened :o ;D

Ghost of Christmas past perhaps?  :D

Had these exact LED bulbs for reversing in the Omega since May 2015 and they are still working which with eBay related stuff is a good start  ;D

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2x-P21W-80W-16-CREE-LED-1156-382-BA15s-CANBUS-HIGH-POWER-DRL-REVERSE-LIGHT-UK-/281463553423?hash=item418888fd8f:g:c2sAAOSwU9xUNrCr

As for the light they are night an day difference between the old bulbs it's like a lighthouse behind. I pity anyone who happens to be behind getting blinded by the mighty CREE LEDs  :y

Thanks for all the help and advice, It's greatly appreciated. It can be very overwhelming dealing with Windows at times.

I did try the chkdsk.

But after about 4 hours stuck at 13% although the wheel was still spinning so I left it alone.. This happened. Looks like the hard drive is too far gone to be saved. Fresh/clean install of Win10 and manually backup/restore data is in order...

Strange thing is the laptop seems to work okay apart from being a bit slow opening things and booting up, it never really becomes unresponsive or chrashes. I did also try a health check of the hard drive a showtime ago and that came up all clear. Strange.

One of mans greatest inventions?... More like one of the most stressful things ever invented  ;D

Black Friday... Saw a Crucial 750GB SSD for £105 which seemed a good price so thought I'd try give my old Toshiba laptop a new lease of life before biting the bullet on a new Laptop.

Now I don't want to go too technical all I wanted to do was clone my 750GB HDD and then just slot the SSD in and that's it.. however nothing is ever simple.

This is the error I get using the Crucial recommended software 'Acronis True Image 2015'

I did also try something else called Aomei that didn't work either.

If I can't clone my HDD then I'm just gonna have to call it a day I've lost all patience with it at this stage (more so with windows than anything else)... The laptop does work fine at the moment but really is slow booting up and opening things etc... supposedly a SSD will help. Anyway I really do hate 'so called technology' at times.
