Anywhere to park while we pop in and say hello as we go home that day.

Ladies and Gents. Given the most recent proposal of a meet in The Lake District, perhaps it would be best if the efforts of most should be put towards that?

The corresponding meet was very well attended last year so, unless there are any specific requests to the contrary perhaps this one should be postponed indefinately?

I'm sure it's best to concentrate our efforts into a couple of really good, well attended events than trying to do too much.  :y

Speaking entirely for myself, Cornwall is simply too far too treck to, given all other commitments over the spring/summertime.

More than happy to go with the Lakes meet, however.  I would see that this location is the most suitable for the greater percentage of members, on a national basis??

However, no reason why a local(ish) meet cannot be thought about though....   :y

A say no reason why a smaller cornish meet cant go ahead? Even if its just local members.  They may enjoy so much that decide they want to come along to some of the more further afield ones?

If it goes ahead, then Maria, Hannah and I will come along for a weekend / long weekend.

I think we should do it, and if we get a small / large turnout, it doesn't matter, it will still be a good laugh :y

I sort of agree.

Its too far for me as a day trip.  Yet, like many other members, a weekend may be difficult as I really do want to do the 2 biggies - Lakes 08 and Newent (you sorted it with Mavis yet GB?)...

Difficult...
