Mister Rog, you are NOT free from crime! There was a report of a major incident in a link article on that news bulletin where a hardened criminal discarded not one but TWO sugar sachets in Macdonald's car park and to reflect the seriousness of this dastardly deed, he was fined nearly £800, to reflect the seriousness of his felony.
You certainly know how to make the punishment fit the crime there!
