They are very expensive, yet they are everywhere. There are loads knocking around Barnsleywakefield, not older ones, either. How the hell so many people can afford to shell out £50,000+ for a car I'll never know. .....

..... and some! We were at the caravan club site next to this sales place last year - I couldn't believe the prices of these types of car

Yeah, I know the prices are astronomical when new, Andy. But I was including the 2-3-4 year old ones, loads of them round here.
those cars I linked to were 2/3/4 year old Steve  ;)

Good looking cars the Carlton's, I always fancied a Senator I  liked the "aggressive" look of the front end.

I loved my 24v Senator ...... trouble was, so did the tin worm!  :(

Once the car is fully up to temperature the glow plugs should be fully out of the equation. So a bad one shouldn't affect the idle when the engine is hot. .....

Not so with a pressure sensor glow plug  ;) I'm sure that Mark will be able to give us an idiot's guide to them.  :y

https://www.borgwarner.com/aftermarket/diesel-cold-start-ignition/pressure-sensor-glow-plugs

and they're a f*** site more expensive than a glow plug of old.

About 6 years ago I did 13 night shifts in  row. Had 3 days off then did another 5.
Nearly bloody killed me.  ;D

just 13 nights?  ::) Many many years back, we regularly did 19 nights out of 21, had 2 nights off, ad infinitum for 3 or 4 months. Then the same again for the next couple of years. Of those 19 nights, 14 or 15 of them were 12 hours.

I don't do nights anymore though!  :y :y

Stick a 10 litre bottle in there, Ray, that should do you for around 10,000 miles.
Her car only has a 9l pigs piss tank.  Kinda annoying when its sold in 10l bottles!

All the Adblue I've bought in Costco has come in a gallon/5litre bottle  ;)
