I think its probably 70/30 genuine....

Don't want to guess her hair colour, 'cos that would be racist, femalist, blondist, sexist,

Hair colour is not important.

What is important however is the fact that her (or indeed his) hair was clearly to long and infront of her (or his) eyes.

thats amazing, looked like they didnt know how to drive the car in the first place.
