Not sure the Trolley weighs a tonne ;D

of course it does. When an Elise is considered lightweight at 725kg, small cars weighing well over a tonne is normal

According to Parkers the base model A140 W168 is 1095Kg, and the 2005 model adds 100Kg to that..

Filled up the MV6 with LPG (at 52p/litre  8) ) and took it out for a couple of hours to light up the tyres (and the grin on my face)  :y

I also de-rusted one of the arches using drill attachments, and hammerited it up, ready for a rub smooth when it’s dry, and painting. I know it won’t last forever, but should keep it at bay :y

Don’t feel up to it at the moment, but cambelt, water pump and drop links are next jobs :y

The Velar had a chat with a large metal post in the works car park whilst being returned after software testing/update.

Said employee now has the joy of reporting the claim to the internal team, I then need to explain the damage when I take it to be swapped next week for its replacement.

Oh the joy.

Ouch!

At least it's not you who's in line for a b0llocking. You'd think JLR would put reversing sensors on a car like that. Oh, wait... ::)  ;D

They do, and cameras but, the seat wheel interface failed to observe them or the mirrors it would appear.

Sadly, its badly damaged the rear quarter panel so a big job

Oh quite driveable, but more damage than just a bumper  ;D

The metal posts at work are rather substantial!

Perhaps not allowed and/or a firing offence seeing as it's a company hack?

Soon to be repaired and back on the roads to be sold on once no longer company stock to some unsuspecting fool..

.. so let us know when it's for sale, because I am known to have a penchant for buying abused vehicles :-[ :-[ ;D

Refitted the undertray, topped up the oil, after recent camcover gasket failure, topped up screenwash and changed the battery for the nearly new one that came off the 190 before it went.
This almost qualifies as a days work these days.

The Mondeo went in for  a recall, something to do with battery overcharging. Came back nice and shiny. Must check for recalls to get another free wash. ::)
