I actually remember seeing these around many years ago (giving my age away now ;))
They used to be a bit of an "up market" set of wheels.

theres one of these in a disused petrol station about a mile from me - even from the road and driving by it every day i can see its a mess - still i keep thinking about going in and asking if i can take it off there hands.........

maybe tonight on the way home.....its the same colour too
