I had superb service from HP today, had a toner cartridge, 11 months old develop a drum fault.
Raised a case on their portal,
within an hour I had a phonecall,
few minutes of diagnostic proof, and a new cartridge dispatched!

Piss taking aside, like most large organisations, if you are on script, they are fast and efficient. Like most large organisations, if you have a non common issue, they become hard to deal with.

My problem has now been sorted by one of their mods on their facebook page.

He arranged an email support (not normally available)

The final straw was when support gave me a phone number in Romania to ring that made me resort to Facebook.

Can't fault the free ink service, spare cartridges arrived within a week of signing up.

Final update - 23 hours from case logged to new toner delivered, plus a phone call to check I was happy.
Dont even want the old cartridge back.
Icing on the cake, new cartridge is full capacity, not a 1/3rd used starter cartridge :)
