He's been suspended from the house for six months but, astonishingly, hasn't had the whip withdrawn. He should be ashamed to stand and the voters should be ashamed to elect him.

He's been suspended from the house for six months but, astonishingly, hasn't had the whip withdrawn. He should be ashamed to stand and the voters should be ashamed to elect him.

He has decided (or had it decided for him) not to stand in the election. The swamp really is draining itself.

Nigel Farage has finally seen sense. His party will not contest any conservative held seats. Let's hope that makes a firkin big dent in the Labour vote.

A sensible decision (although I now have to write "non of the above"), but he should still have stood in a seat himself. He is going to be constantly taunted about not doing so.

Its more honourable than accepting the peerage he was apparently offered last month, if he would retire to the red benches and shut up.

He has only ever done what he does because hes passionate about us leaving the EU. Once that's done he can possibly keep his LBC show going, or maybe go back into business. Who knows ?
A future career in talking, in some way or other, is my best guess. Hes good at talking. Might even accept a peerage, if offered, once Brexit is done. Maybe big bucks on the U.S. lecture circuit ?

He has enough dosh to do whatever he likes. He could get a job in Donalds PR department.
