Here's the reply I got when I asked obout the price;

The value of the car itself is roughly £800, however it is the number plate which hold most value. As we have indicated it can be sold seperately- as its a collectors item.
That sorts it out then?

but WHY is MMM 444 worth anything??? whats it mean??? and why not sell them separately in the first place???  :-?

It doesn't mean anything, but none age related numbers always sell, & depending on what letters/numbers the registrations are means they sell for varying amounts. He might have MMM 444 and she might have MMM 555 etc ....... it means something to some people.        :-?
