Got it, your just pulling the doors in a bit tighter to account for age/wear etc. I'll have a look at mine see how they are.

The catch or the arena wears out and you just adjust it a little bit so the door fits better unde the two trox screws tap it a little till it moves a bit. Noticed on mine that you could push the doors a fair bit when they closed. Now don't move that much and no creaking and cracking sounds.

has similar thing, turn'd out to be the door catches need adjusting. so did all 4. no sounds now. might be the same thing. don't know why but the pass side rear one was rusted on the underneath all others were fine and it was not rusted on the paint work, cleaned it up and painted just the back see if that sorts it no other rust or anything.

I tried that would not budge. Would only go side to side.

Just figured out how you take off the plastic triangle on the B post, open both doors pull the bottom out and push the plastic towards the back door and lift the front door side.  when that's lose you need a thin metal rod to push down on the plastic spring assisted griper and pull plastic triangle away. and can adjust the swade seal rubbers so they fit better to the doors. 3 on back door side and 4 on the front door. now all the seals fit snug to the doors  :) :)  :y thats that job done  :y

The LCD screen needs resetting on it's connection. Or the LCD ribbin has a bad connection. Switch cleaner or liquid flux with a old tooth brush should clean the ribbon without damaging it. And refit the screen. Even sometimes heating the back with a hair dryer can fix them but don't hold it on for to long.

I've fixed a few 4 ones just putting it in oven and drying out. And then seal the cracks with some sealing glue. All seamed fine after. Just make sure it's cold when sealing. Not had a problem with one on Mig or vectra all in all cost £1.25p for the sealer.
