Got this Omega in January totally stock, since owning it Iv changed the heads for Vectra challenge car blueprinted - port matched to a 3 litre lower divider, installed 4 G cams and Vectra alloy cam-covers (no more leaks)... thought I might as well change a few things o the engine to give it a bit more poke....

Obtained, painted and fitted full Irmscher bodykit including Lotus Carlton rear spoiler...

Obtained and installed Recaro full leather interior from an MV6 including the titanium dash and doorcards...

Blackeyed the headlights and installed 6000K HID's instead of the Xenon bulbs.... LED sidelights...

LED interior light upgrade...

Irmscher Vectra ST200 carbon steering wheel...

Touchscreen full DIN headunit with SatNav, iPod control, TV all singing all dancing make your tea... (had to adapt the BOSE wiring to accomodate standard stereo fitting)

12" JL audio (1200W) sub in its own enclosure being driven by 1500W ground zero amplifier, all other speakers are driven by Pioneer 4 channel amp, rear smaller BOSE subs being driven by an Alpine 2 channel amp running as LP filter only...

Front wishbones changed for new items, also fitted Powerflex bushes before installing to car...

Bonnet-bra obtained and installed (I know theres haters, but its MY car  )

All sitting on MV6 suspension (air suspension removed)

Custom powerflow cat-back exhaust system ...





Love it or hate it, I dont really care - Im happy with my Miggy....

This was a picture I found whilst googling and is what made me search for the Irmy kit



Underneath the bonnet-bra is the proper and real genuine Irmscher grille with the chrome surround (the very expensive one) got the whole kit and interior all from the same car up in Barrow-in-Furness was a 200 mile round trip (twice) to get the interior and seats... well worth it methinks.. the only thing i could do with is some black leathers rear seats from an Elite as the seats from the MV6 aren't heated rears, but are the same as the Elites... I also need the rear headrests too, as they disappeared in between the weeks of me stripping the car...

I just happened upon them, didnt' exactly go searching for them TBH they was in the MV6 I stripped...

If I could have fitted them in the car when I went for the bodykit it would have saved me another 200 mile trip LOL

Iv actually only today installed the DVD screens in the headrests (for the kids and bragging rights LOL)..

Iv also got yet to fit is the reversing camera that will help with the reversing LOL as im still not used to how long the Omega's boot is... My only saving is the towbar, when that hits something I stop.... but I really dont want to mark the bumper as the paint on the front and rear bumpers cost quite a lot to get repaired and then painted proffesionally...

Thanks, Iv basically got what I wanted to do to the car - maybe in the future get some 19" Snowflakes or if I can find a set of Irmscher Sport Stars at a good price I'll get them instead... Im also looking into lowering it by a max of 35mm and then I'll be happy with the 'stance' of it..

what have you done to rear lights are they painted or did you use something else ?

Just removed them, degreased them then tint sprayed them. Nothing special really. Only did a couple of coats of tint spray as I didnt want them to be too dark...

These pics are about a week old, I need to take some of when its clean :lol:

Does needs a good session with a claybar though to get rid of the crap on the paine, then I can strip it and bring the shine back... then the new paint will match with the rest of the car... I really need to attack the rear NS arch too as thats gone a bit with rust forming but not as bad as the OS rear arch, thats  needing replaceing with new metal.. just waiting on the nicer drier weather to get here then i can weld in a new piece and paint it...
