at some point the Irmscher stuff is going to get cheap as the demand dries up and these cars slowly make their way to the scrappy, i mean 200 quid for a grill on a 14 year old car it's just criminal!

Other way around I reckon, available Irmscher Kit for Omega will, or already has, dried up long before demand does.

Admittedly some decent second hand Irmy kit will end up at the scrappys but that will be due to the owner at the time not knowing what they have on there hands.  :(
