A team at Harvard University have decided that modern technology needed to be applied in designing a state-of-the-art optimised meat smoker.

Their design is a waisted clay pot. Much as I hate to piss pour water on their fire. Asia, I think has beaten them to it by a few centuries, it's called a Tandoor, doh. :o :o :o
