Charlie the forum is a wealth of information,

If its not in the listing I have just posted then there is allways the search option, but rather than use the site search option, use the advanced search in google.

Go to the front page of the forum (home page) copy the link and paste in the goole search at the bottom and then put a key word in the top search sector, it's brilliant and finds allsorts.

Charlie - your post count is rising nicely matey, a lot of new members think it's impossible as I did at first.  I knew noting about Omega's as such, but now am happy to jump in on resettings the windows, tyre pressures.

I was amazed at what I leart in the guides, so as time went on I boght a timing belt DVD. etc etc

Cambelts come in a kit, gates is one of the 2 recommended on here and they come with a new pulley tensioner.

A good idea at the time is to fit a water pump at the time if you dont know the history of the current one, and an auxilary belt to drive the pump, alternator etc.

top of head figures

Gates kit £80
aux belt £20
water pump £30
