I have applied for the job (I too know nothing about football). My Dad will be head coach. ;D ;D ;D

Six year contract. Severance pay when they find out we are rubbish...... Joking apart I did apply for the Wolves manager job back in the late 80's. Didn't get an interview.

All you have to do is look at Mclaren F1 team and realise that without decent management you aren't going anywhere. True you need good players but you must also need good direction.

Never a truer word spoken Mr Varche.

But don't get me started on general management :(

Manchester United's total wage bill for the financial year 2012/13 stood at £182m,

Will be interesting to see if Giggs can turn them around for his £80,000 a week  :-\

My tuppence worth .... Martin. O'Niel with Roy Keane as his assistant. He was in the frame 2 or 3 years ago apparantly and Keane is a Utd legend.

Think the fans would be happy with that?

Keane is impossible to please with an outrageous temper. Total lunatic. Perfect for a mid field captain in the think of battle, so to speak, but a coach? No chance.

O'neil? Maybe, but not sure he's ruthless enough. Pep Guardiola might swing it, but why would he leave Bayern?

Anchelotti. :-\ dunno. Can't see that either. Could Utd become a victim of their own success...? Last 5 years should/could of been spent training the next manager.

We've not heard the last of this, I bet.
