Voltage and testing backlight display
« on: 28 September 2018, 15:55:22 »

My display (NCDR 2011) stays black. I have removed it from the dash and want to test the backlight. I don't think I have to desolder anything because to two wires (red and blue) are visible and reachable.

Can i connect a 12V battery charger to see if the backlight comes up?

Thanks

Pretty certain the wires you can see are the other side of the inverter, so no, can't just connect 12v
