Rear noise when braking
« on: 08 October 2009, 12:00:13 »

V6 2.6 miggy
Hi this sound made me believe it was rear pads but on further investigation found they are still ok.
When you brake hard the rear sounds as if the ABS is coming in but the wheels are not locking up, but a sort of grinding noise but not metal to metal.
Never come across any thing like this cheers, has anyone had similar or any thoughts.
Dave

Caliper loose?
Rear bushes?
roll bar bushes?
Dirt around the pad?
