iv,e mentioned this beef re my local vx dealers before but when ever i try to order anything mention the age of the car and i get fobbed off. all i wanted was some screw searchers so the guard trays can go back in situ ( those tinny rectangular pieces that fit into the chassis that the 8mm quick scews fit into) i was led to believe that they are no longer obtainable. though other models use the same thing. when going back to my car a mechanic was having a smoke outside the service area. i mentioned to him that i wasn,t happy with the parts dept. he agreed they were useless told me to wait a minute , opened a tray in his toolbox & handed me a handful. i felt like going back to rollock them, but i may have caused a problem for the mechanic.  apologies for being so long
