I walked a couple of miles home from the pub Tuesday night, my knee was sore all day Wednesday  (I'm 57)

I'm very fortunate in that department,I don't suffer any aches or pains at all

Perhaps your youth wasn't as misspent as mine. Or perhaps it was but you were luckier in getting away with it.

Father in law probably won't last more than a few years. Poor heart, poor circulation, very frail. His wife is as high as a fiddle but away with the fairies most of the time.
If he died. Mother in Law will be moving in with us apparently.
