I dont suppose theres a local OOFer who could help ?
That price seems obscene to me.  :(
As for TPMS. I would pull the fuse and just use my tyre pressure gauge, same as I have done for the last 50 years.  :)
Madness. If you cant be arsed to check tyre pressures once a week you shouldnt be allowed a licence.  ::)
All done in the name of "progress".  ::) TPMS, rain sensitive wipers etc, all done so many don't have to properly look after their cars. Just be reactive instead of proactive.

Funnily enough, I have a VW99 relay on its way to me, so I cand get rid of that useless "feature" on my Omega.  :)

Probably, but finding where they are stashed is another matter.  :)

Cant get the airbag light to stay off on Sons Civic. Pretty sure its connected to a dodgy connection in the seat belt buckle which means the seat belt reminder on the dash doesnt always light up when the belt is unplugged.
MOT is due Friday, so Ive dismantled the clocks, and found the airbag light isnt removable and soldered into the board.
Carefully bent the little bulb out a bit and stuffed a bit of tissue paper down the hole it sits in to block out the light.  ;D
Should be an advisory for not illuminating rather than a fail for being illuminated.  :D

It only employs 2 million people and we only spend around £210 billion a year on it, so you shouldnt expect too much from it.  ::)

Mc Sweeney has gone.
Starmer has used him as his human shield, but that now leaves him defenseless.
If he survives to the May elections I cant see him going on any further than that.

Starmers favourite two  words at the moment, "I'm Sorry "!  What a pathetic excuse of a man.

Yep.  The consensus it is just getting worse, and he, along with his Government, will go very soon.

Heaven help us when we have to choose who to vote for next!! ::) ::) ::)
He might go, but there wont be a general election until 2030 without a successful vote of no confidence. Labour have a large enough majority to ensure that doesn't happen.

I dont agree. I think there is every chance they will tear themselves apart and the whole shitshow will fall over or grind to a halt, and they will arrive at a point where an election is inevitable.

Not so long ago Labour were calling for Sunak to resign as PM because he forgot to put his seat belt on in the back of a car.  ::)
This is the biggest political scandal of my lifetime, and probably for some time before that.

It always amazes me the stupidity of these so called " leaders"  thinking that they can get away with such crimes it's all about the " old pals act" the problem being that the majority seem to be sick twisted perverts who relish boasting about their exploits to their kind with photographs & videos, I've seen it all before and these privileged individuals are no better than the perverted scum I had to deal with on a daily basis until a few years ago, I sincerely hope all involved get convicted of their sick crimes.

My guess would be that once he is finished in Politics, Starmer will " do a Schofield" and tell us all what we already knew, and then shack up with some uncomfortably young man.

All of that aside, i think Starmers days as PM are seriously numbered now because of the Mandelson thing.
Its just a matter of time.
It could even be days or a few weeks. Probably depends whats in the paperwork he has been forced to release.
In any scenario he is now very much in office but not in power.
Trouble is, the current mob stay in power, and they have nobody fit to run the country

If / when Starmer goes, Lammy takes over !  :o
Then Rayner, Streeting and Miliband will be fighting like rats in a sack to oust him and get the big job.
Any of those is a terrifying prospect.  ::)
Meanwhile, the national debt continues to rise by half a billion per day !
The next attempt at serious grown up Government will be a thankless task for whoever it is.
