Well if you are all so knackered why don't you sell me a nice Omega
Welcome to OOF
Alright, John. 50 is far too old to be crawling around under an omega on a cold winters day. Get yourself a warm coat, a pipe and a pair of slippers
I would second that!!![]()

I should have given up with all that at 50, but I started to do it more and more![]()

My back is screwed so popping gearboxes back on usually involves using my engine crane rather than lifting it off my chest from underneath
Hope you and the family are good ?

cats - depends on whether 2.5/3.0 or 2.6/3.2 - the latter are worthless.
The 4 off 2.6/3.2's were tallying up at £350 a year or two ago, problem with Omega cats is the codes are on the covers which inevitably rotted off years ago so scrappies can't be arsed and offer pennies, I do have the original codes written down.... somewhere

I thought the lubed finger was given to all men over 50 as standard NHS procedure. Can’t say I’ve ever had a man’s finger up mine…
I believe women also carry out the procedure......any better?
and the last was a Polish woman GP who seemed to have lost her wedding ring such was the wiggling and twisting :'(
Thanks to Omegod, who I bought the DTI drive shafts off. They arrived today, well packaged and protected, the parcel woman struggled with the weight. Now I have only got to work out the lengths, so can fit correct one to passenger side.
The 2.5 v6 and 2.6 v6 manuals had an R25 GETRAG box, the 3.0 an R28 and the 3.2 special an R30 box. The R value being safe max torque.
, I'm pretty sure she's not the first non privately educated PM though
Can you still get a telephone MOT?
