Would that have been one of the leccy scooters that are at present illegal to use except on private land?Or is there more than one type of leccy scooter?

First one I bought was a Dell-don't know model-it had a portable telly type monitor, tower, keyboard and mouse and cost me 40 from a car boot sale back in 1999 when we first got internet. This lasted us until 2008[when I sold it on for 25]and was replaced by the Lenovo laptop[second hand]I'm still using now.

Watched some of the Siverstone Classic races on TV this morning. One saloon car race had 2.6 Capris,MkI and II Escorts,SD1s a Camaro and others including a XJ12C.On board footage from the XJ showed the full wooden dash seemingly complete with all its dials and gauges to still be fitted,so hardly a stripped out racer ::) Surprised they didn't leave the leather seats in there so the driver could stay comfortable while racing ;D

Everyone has to have a mirror spider it's the law ::) In seven years the Omega has so far never needed a bulb :-X but then it's hardly gone anywhere in that time[about 5,000mls]and rarely in the dark. The V70 has had one number plate light bulb and one dipped bulb in under three years, but given that the dipped beam[and all rear lighting]is used as the DRL's so on as soon as ignition is I don't really think that's too shabby. :y

Although I have a great fascination for[mainly war]ships from all ages going by water is the one form of transport I can't abide.I even felt queasy once on a pleasure boat ride on the river Ouse in York ::) :-X
