Things can always get worse.

I'd be surprised if it could ..... Vernon Kay on one side & Paddy McGuiness on the other ....  :-\ :-\

That's just building up to a night of repeats of Ricky Gervais' ouevre, and Boris Johnson's terrible speech delivery.
And he's as funny as tooth ache ....

Rest in peace, Prince Phillip. :( You may have caused a bit of controversy at times, but you spoke your mind. I applaud that :y

Yes, indeed, he is the Royal, along with the Queen, I have known about all my life.  May he indeed rest in peace as he did much worthy work, most of it behind the scenes. He was is own man. :y

You move in higher circles to know the queen and his consort. I have seen them on tele and in the papers .  We will watch out for you at the funeral whichno doubt will be shown on all channels. Black hat?

Him and Ken Bruce are the only decent thing left on R2, the rest are all wokey, filling in the correct PC/ gender and demographic.... I mostly have Union jack radio on now...

Ken Bruce has been around the block too ..... I reckon it's about time he stepped down too

I'm not particularly into the Royal Family, but I have to admit to feeling slightly sad and melancholy today.  :-\

Prince Philip had a long and very good life which should be celebrated, but I just have a feeling that someone and something good has passed from our world, and when I look around me I feel it's unlikely to be replaced or replicated any time soon.  ::)

RIP.

Very well put, don't think anyone could take his place + he has been part of " normal" peoples lives for so long I have caught snippets throughout the day, and it made me realise how important a man he was . Just a pity some members of the Royal family will be remembered in a not so great way.

There have been tributes from of his offspring today with the obvious exception .....  ::)

.....
Same applies to the back bumper; removing it meant undoing four M6 bolts which is easier and quicker than masking it.  ...

I wish I could have said the same today for the front bumper of SWMBO's C3 ... in theory, there are 4 self tappers across the front on the 'slam panel' and a couple of M6s under the front valance. The ball ache was undoing wheel arch liners to get to the clip behind the headlights that clip the edges of the bumper to the bottom edge of the wing.

Depends where you go. I took my ML to a body shop where he replaced the lower chrome bit of the bumper (best part of 500 on its own) & painted half the coloured bit .... 1100 but he knew an insurance company was paying.

My daughter took her Yaris to another body shop 100yds away run by a couple of Polish lads. She had both corners of the rear bumper painted (car park damage) and virtually one side of the car sprayed due to someone with a key. It all came to 600. I could find fault in the Yaris paint job .... I found a run at the front .... but on the whole, it wasn't a bad job for the money.

My favourite painter died!  :'(
Why are people so inconsiderate!  :D
John worked till silly o'clock 7 days a week .... never took a day off. Not sure how old he was but believe he was only late 60s when he died  :'(

Bodies normally have their own unique id ;)

The body plates I've come across on Bond & Reliants are only pop riveted to the shell

.......... no tin worm worries on the body.

You're still going to need to be good at welding though to build a chassis etc from scratch   :o

not sure how you would get on trying to get a log book either as i imagine the vin and therefore the title would go with the chassis  :-\

Someone has been watching many US 'movies'/TV series.  ::)

The reinforcing plates imbedded in the GRP will still rust & blow through
