You can buy them off the shelf ;)

seems silly, when you own a company that makes exhaust/manifolds for a living.
:y The only off the shelf ones I have seen were for LHD only and with shorter primaries.  Maybe it's the wrong shelf?

Post MAJOR service engine bay just prior to fluids being added.  :)
MOTed and ready for summer use once the lockdown is over.

Had A/C filled following the major "service", which included a new compressor, condensor, drier and microswitch (all sourced relatively cheaply on ebay), and I have properly cold air again and no reported leaks  :)
The compressor is quite noisy at idle when engaged the noise goes away with increased revs, but sounds like one of those single piston air compressors at idle, not quite sure why or if there's anything that can be done about it, anyone got any ideas?  We checked that it had oil it it before it was fitted.

That's a very low mileage car!

I'm still working if you need any bits of exhaust pipe, we can expand reduce ID or OD to any size you want.  Actually I've just been looking under mine, having finished mocking up a set of tubular manifolds.  Covid has put paid to that project for now, or until I convert to a manual box one day. I will use some double ended clamp thingies to joint the system on, because the flanges had already been removed.
