They didn't show this sort of thing on the BBC's News at 10 tonight.  :-X

I wonder if Sadiq Khan will regret flogging Boris's water cannon.  ::)

If you can afford to support TWO women, then knock yourself out  :D

But don't get caught, or one of them will do it for you  ;).

Lord Opti can confirm this advice I believe.  :y

The teenage climate expert has disappeared, and I'm not going to post it because it's rude  ::), but there's a meme doing the rounds with a picture of little Greta holding up a sign that says F..k climate change, I've found cock!   ;D

The protests have spread around the world.  There was a mob at the gates of Downing St a couple of days ago chanting F..k the police!  ::)

If this hot weather continues the madness will set in and the riots will start here too, especially when hundreds of thousands of people who have been having a nice time sitting around on furlough realise they don't have a job to go back to and they have to live on UC!  ::)

Not just the Brits either.  A friend who lives in New Zealand said the same happened there a couple of weeks ago when they relaxed the rules.  ::)

So the Kiwis are just as dumb as the Brits!  ;D

General Car Chat / Re: Fake Address
« on: 01 June 2020, 13:41:50 »

I wonder if he actually has insurance.

Find out where he lives and send some 'big lads' round to have a chat with him. :)

I wonder....

I have the reg number of his BMW so I could track him down I guess.  :-\

Who is he? and what was he doing in Devon?  :D

Still, as long as the next wave stays within the capacity of the care and NHS's ability to just about cope ,then all is good
obviously ,as long as we all thank the care and NHS workers, police, and other key workers for risking their lives for crap pay  :-X

yes , I'm off on one again  ;D
Well, you could always volunteer to pay more tax ::)
Builders don't pay tax, they sign on on a Monday morning. Or has it changed since my day?  ;D

Perhaps this is unique to Liverpool. :)

Doubt it!  ;D

General Car Chat / Fake Address
« on: 01 June 2020, 13:17:19 »
So the bloke who hit my Mondeo at Tesco yesterday has given me a fake address...  ::)

I guess there must have been witness's which is why he went to customer services and got them to call me out on the tannoy, so he could be seen to be doing the right thing.  :-\

The west London address he gave doesn't exist.  The postcode is for an industrial park and there is no road in the area with the same name, although there is a road with a similar name and postcode. :-\

He seemed like a decent chap and said he didn't want to go through insurance and said that he would pay for the damage to be repaired and at the time I didn't really consider that he didn't have insurance. You never know though....  ::)

The damage to my car is minimal and now I've cleaned it up, I have to look hard to see it so I'm not that bothered to be honest.

It's just strange and a reminder that often the people who you think are decent can turn out to be scumbags!  >:(

Not me someone else.  ::)

I collected a nice scrape in the drivers door on the Mondeo today in Tesco's car park.  >:(  On the plus side the guy was honest, promised to pay for the damage and I have his (London  ::)) address and phone number.

I'll have ago at polishing it out this afternoon, but to be honest I'm tempted to put it into the bodyshop, get them to sort it and all the other dings and scratches, and send him the bill!  ::)

Didn't think us grockles were supposed to be going there! ::)

If he turns out to be a Labour party spin doctor or a Guardian 'journalist' he's fekin toast!  ;D

I see that the Mail have changed their tune somewhat and have gone from calling for Cumming's head to attacking the Lefties for their hypocrisy and for whipping up the hysteria!  ::)

Probably realised how out of tune with their readership they were.  ;)
