Couldn't really understand the question, as it was unreadable, but I think your fans are permemently running on your 2.5TD?

Sounds like, assuming its still on with the A/C off, that some idiot has permenently wired the fan on, probably due to overheating due to poor servicing.

Look for bodged wiring.

dont understand why the question is unreadable but its a 2.2 and has two fans its the aircon fan not engine cooling fan thats on all the time and its only just started so not a bodged wiring problem engine fan still works as it should

No punctuation at all. Makes it unreadable.

IIRC, both are used for cooling if required. Precisely which fan is it.

Which engine is it, I'll look at wiring diagrams :)

OK, to isolate it on the schematics, can you pull fuses F34 and F42 and see which stops it. That helps me to find which part of the engine cooling circuit needs checking.

had another look at fuses today.pulled the fan conector apart and used a test meter on it when i pulled f52?(of the 2 orange 40 amp fuses under the bonnet next to the battery the one nearest the bulkhead) with the fuse in meter read 12volt when fuse pulled it droped to 8 volt. someone has suggested that it might be a lazy relay so pulled number 6 and fan has stoped so if that helps anyone .pulled wire of what i think is temp sensor ,blue conector at the back of engine didnt make any difference.
