WNTD - ncdc 2013 and matching colour monitor

Hi Guys, Does anyone have a siemens ncdc 2013 together with the colour screen paired with it?  I want to change the gid in my 3.2 elite, please advise if you have these and how much you want for them, many thanks, Mick
