« on: 08 February 2014, 12:22:09 »

Suspect these are getting like rocking horse poo these days but if you don't ask...

After a pair of fog lights for my pre-facelift Irmscher front bumper.

Thanks.

They are indeed the same as those above.
You will have much more luck on ebay looking for ST200 fogs than GSI ones (in my experience).

Main dealers will charge in the region of £80 (ish) + VAT per light if you cannot do breakers or ebay.....

.......they are of course, Heller fogs.

Might be worth a gander at the Heller website?

I thought you'd binned the P/Fl MV6, Steven? (with my alloys?)

Matthew

 ;D ;D ;D

About 18 months ago, I had:
95 Manual Elite in Polar Sea Blue with grey leather and rotten chassis
98 Auto MV6 in crusty silver with black leather
99 Auto MV6 in Polar Sea Blue with cloth interior, great shell but everything else fubar, no MOT - it was cheap  :D

Used the silver auto MV6 as daily runner while suspension, brakes, interior, etc. transferred from 95 Manual Elite to 99 Auto MV6.

Sold the silver auto MV6 after the blue auto MV6 was road legal, then removed the "special" engine and gearbox from the blue manual Elite, tucked it safely away in my garage and crushed the shell.

At this point my fleet was reduced to a the 99 blue auto MV6 plus the "special" engine and gearbox.

About this time last year, one of the head gaskets let go F1 style so the long-term plan to swap the engine and convert to manual was brought forward significantly  ;D  Further tweaking, preventative maintenance, cleaning, etc. was carried out on the "special" engine while it was sitting on the garage floor.  MOT and tax expired while this was going on  :'(  New engine and gearbox went in at the end of May, then MOT'd and tax'd 1st June, still going strong  :y

So, in short  8), I still have a PFL MV6 (that's the one in my avatar), and it still has the wheels I got from you  :)

Thanks for the info on the fogs, I'll need to get them soon.
