So, from earlier posts...

My omega has been loosing coolant liquid which can be spotted over the alternator.
Also the HBV has a trail of some dry kind of "mud" debris suggesting loss of liquid.
Temperatures arise 97.5 centigrade degrees when running in city (starts and stops).
No heat inside the cabin. When switching climate control to max temperature the air comes less than warm.

I believe I'm facing some serious vacuum troubles.
I have made a repair on the vacuum tube that comes out of the intake manifold and feeds the servo pump and HBV solenoid.
I can ear some kind of pump that runs for 30" or so at high revs and runs every time I start the engine.
I remember it used to run once per day maximum!

I know I need to review all the vacuum system and change the HBV for start.
I need from you guys some indications on where to start and which points diagnose.
Also please give a link to HVB because I got serious doubts which valve I'm buying as there a similar one close to the radiator...

Thank you very much for your help.

Thank you :) but my servo is right side is there many differences?
I'm gonna check all the points for any wrong mounted tube...
Is there any way of testing the vac system?

Personally I would have bought a genuine Vauxhall/opel part.

I had a leak which was difficult to find. It was on the inside of a 90 degree rubber bend. You just have to methodically check every section.

Has your vehicle got self levelling rear suspension? Small black pipe going into the upper part of the shock absorber?  If so the noise could be that pump under the front wing? Another possibility is the idler bearing on the auxilliary belt. You could test that by removing the belt for a short period of time . You can pack the bearing with grease yourself if it is dry.

Air conditioning. When you select climate in the car does the pump kick in? The engine revs should drop a few hundred due to the extra load?

Henry is right, the genuine GM HBV's last longer. order a genuine one to replace the new Ebay item when it fails.

I'm gonna replace every and each of those by silicone tubes.
I believe that most of them are leaking...

Yes it has.

The noise is for sure from the air pump :) i wonder if it normal that the pump works every start?

Yes the compressor starts

I've asked to the seller to cancel the order if quality less than OEM...
