2017 ABS Essex meets

  The Bungalow diner at 45 London Road, Marks Tey, CO6 1EB is the venue with the first one kicking off on Sunday 8th January from 10am. All welcome for some good honest english breakfast food stuffs.

Glad you did. I'm on my 10th night shift in the last 12 nights (5 on, 2 off, 5 on again - 138 hours) and I thought after posting, that maybe my remaining brain cell had turned to porridge.  ;D

The trick is not to have a day off ;)

Not sure that I could ever beat my record of 22 nights straight though... :-\

That's proper 12 hour night shifts too :D

Respect.  8) :).............my longest was 13 in a row (9x 15, 4x12) which was tough. I wouldn't attempt 22x12.
Working time directive is for wimps.  :y :D

Next Essex meet is on May 14th from 10am. Can't get there myself as got to attend horse tack sale with SWMBO to try and get shot of two Zafira loads of excess horse tack from down sizing from 5 to 2 old nags. Suppose it could be said from 6 to 3 old nags ;D ;D ;D

  After a long summer car show season, we are able to start up the meets at the afore mentioned café, starting again on 8th October from 10am ish. All welcome to help put the world to rights and talk cars if the mood takes ;D ;D

  11 of us there for this meet. Pair of LC,s, the supercharged LC replica and two 3.0 elite saloons, one MFL (very nice condition) and  one of the ultra rare silver FL saloons.
Next meet will be on 12th November. I will be at the NEC with two other regulars.

  The next ABS café meet is on Sunday 12th November from around 10am.I  wont be there along with two other regulars as we will be at the NEC, me with the Monza, so unsure as to who will be in attendance.
Normal service will be resumed in December, on the 10th
