and I will read that book in the glove box ....... one day  ;D
Waaaay, steady on chap ;D.  No need to get in touch with your feminine side if you don't want to.

(I confess, I read a PFL one cover to cover before I bought my first, for research purposes. In same way I read the (really crap) XJ manual cover to cover before looking at any)

24.0 from my 3.2 with no motorway driving. Im now officially a slower driver than Tunnie. YAY.  ;D
I managed 35mpg over last couple of tankfuls (I was actually able to fill it at Tescos yesterday now fuel prices have eased, to calculate the readings).  I'm a bit embarrased that clearly I'm not trying hard enough.

For Opti's benefit, the FC claimed 39mpg

Presumably in the Jaaaag rather than the Omega !  :o

And I NEVER expect to get anywhere near manufacturers figures. I simply can't drive like our resident Sky employee.

22.8mpg average currently on the 3.2, not been reset since last year.

It does run far, far better now itís my daily commuter and not used just weekly for odd run.

I get 27-28 mpg out of my 3 litre S-Type which gets driven fast used every day.

Oh wait, that's the ford jaaaag computer reading.  Let me do a brim test and get back to you  ;D
