Spotted this on the street and have no idea what it could b, thought Id put it out to the OOf collective wisdom. Its badged Ghia everywhere other than a small fez horse on the umberplate. Any offers? Never seen anything like it before  :-\

That rear end looks very kit car like,but I suppose it could be one of the Frua cars.

Inclined to agree, but the interior was definitely a professional/company fit-out.

At a guess , a one off from a styling house maybe based on a Fiat. Didnt Italian studios use Ghia as a sales badge?

There is a tool on the internet where you put in a photo of a person and I believe it tells you who the nearest match is. Cant you do the same with a photo of a car?

What country is that? France?

Unusual front end modification to the standard factory production but still a very pretty car.
