If she is guilty she will be released without charge.

I get the impression that the police are just arresting people for the sake of a media show , why can't they gather the evidence first and then arrest people , have they got nothing to go on ?   ???

The three people who have been arrested are the three signatories to the SNP accounts.
Very difficult to see how one of them wouldnt know what any of the others were doing with the money.
