Title: breaking '99 estate with irmscher kit
Post by: 924boy on 20 June 2009, 19:01:58
I recently bought a '99 mini facelift estate mv6 with full irmscher kit on with the intention of repairing the engine (suspect head gasket), and using it. unfortunately its not as tidy as i hoped and am not sure if i want to do all the work on it including all the tidying up etc. Just wondering what people think the irmscher kit might be worth and if there would be enough interest to warrant breaking it? All opinions welcomed...  :)

Define the 'full' Irmscher kit?  The full bodykit, or the Irmscher bodykit that MV6 left the factory with?

full bodykit. it's an ex-police vehicle so assume the bodykit been fitted since then...

Hard to tell from the pics, but they looked like the standard sideskirts, aftermarket Irmscher are shaped IIRC  :-/

sorry mate. But thats all mv6 factory fit. Have a look in the gallery, a few aftermarket full irmscher body kits in there. Looks far more "aggressive" :-(

all other pre-facelift mv6's i've seen have the standard bumpers on. this is def irmscher option/extra.

The skirts are Irmscher but there's not much difference between then and standard.

Thanks
