Treat the MAF sensor as a service item at about 90000.
EGR around the same time but can be cleaned with a bit of effort.
Clutch slave is inside bell housing and will stuff the clucth WHEN  it leaks.
Apart from that good vans!!

If this car was on a lit street wouldn't it be an offence to use main beam headlamps???
therefore her testing the light's before her journey would be an offence in itself..

If your wife has her own car you should try the multi car policy thing as we got a fantastic quote off them for the two cars... Omega 2.2 and Nissan Micra.... £53 per month for both... The AA that i was with wanted £55 per month for the Omega alone...

Thankfully SWMBO doesn't drive.....the road's don't the agro!!
Admiral are the cheapest at the mo at £464 so they may get the business....waiting for 2 more mails from other brokers and then cry while paying up! :'( :'(

Anyone reccomend a decent insurance company??? done the compare sites and they vary between £460 to £1200!!
At 43 yrs old and 25 yrs NCB i thought it would be cheaper than the Rangie but it's twice the price!!

Twiglet.   Correct i think...that would answer why i have 2 metal spring clip's on the sensor with nowhere obvious to put them.

Could someone with rain sensing wiper's be so kind as to look at the windscreen where the sensor is mounted and let me know:-
A, Where the sensor fit's to the screen

B, Should there be any blackened screen around the sensor?

I only ask as i'm trying to sort the non working pulse on the wiper's and having removed the plastic inner cover i've found that the screen behind said cover is painted with black gloss with the sensor loose in the cover.
