So there's crud on the outside which the 3m kit surprisingly didn't touch. And what appears to be crud on the inside  :'(

And you can't get a decent set from any breakers?

If it was just crud on outside, I'd suggest a harsher wet and dry, then the 3m kit.  You saw what the 3M kit achieved on mine in about 30mins per side...

They won't because the lenses are different xenon vs halogen ::)

Haven't you finished those chocolates yet...

30 minutes per side???? That's enough time to do both, clean up, open a beer and brag about it on here. Assuming that you do it the dark, after getting home from work. 1000 then 1200 grit wet&dry, G3(other coarse rubbing compounds are available) then your favourite polish.

Yup, and manual would have taken so much longer (been there, done that).  Admittedly, they weren't in a pretty state before starting...

So my options for brand new is...

Fit a set of atp and swap them over at mot time. Or
Buy atp and shove mine in the oven to just swap over lenses. Or
Buy genuine. Or
Source a breaker but no guarantee on quality.

Morning guys. So I want a brand new set of head lamps for the omega but am struggling to find anything anywhere (always a concern when eBay can't find what u want lol). All the factors I've called don't have a listing and as said can't find them on eBay.

Where can I source these?

Ps I've tried everything on my existing ones with no joy. So fancy some new ones 👍

Coming in late on this thread, all I would add is that I, last week, bought two for my Omega brand new from my Vauxhall main dealer via Luton.  Parts No's 009193420 , 009193419.  At trade they cost me £485.43 all in.  Full retail is £542.

According to my parts department friend I had the last drivers side headlamp at Luton, with just 5 n/s ones left. :y

Thats not really an option as you will blind everyone in-between MOT's!
