Vectra one will do but you need the matching plug and a bit of loom.

Why not transfer the Omega plug to the Vectra sensor?

because the vectra sensor has a different shaped socket which the omega wiring plug won't fit  :D

I know that ???

Which is why I would replace the plug on the 'new' Vectra sensor with the one from the Omega part. That can be done on the bench, with parts that you already have. And would allow you to fit the Vectra sensor to an unmodified Omega car loom.
