There are various places at work where we are expected to wear PPE of some sort, dreamt up by someone who never leaves their desk .... but I don't!

We seem to be the only people at Heathrow who DON'T require safety shoes and a tabbard to walk around the ramp. The exception being the flight crew wearing a tabbard for doing their preflight because they actually have a chance to get run over by the loaders

I got asked why I wasn’t wearing a hard hat while I was skimming a 50 sq mtr ceiling! I replied my head is 6 inches from the ceiling what the fk is going to fall on me you $$%#%# there was quite a few swear words thrown at him too, some I forgot I knew🤣🤣

plus you can put the Unibond on with your hair ,rather than a brush, freeing up a hand    if you don't wear a hard hat 
I remove my baseball cap and wear a cheap beany hat when plastering ,
Multifinish peels off skin pretty easy but not the hair on your head 
though ideally ,the plaster should go on the ceiling

Sadly not, although she did bark. Alot.

Pot holes and layers of missing tarmac that look like a farmer has ploughed the road. Never in all my years of driving have I known the UK roads to be in such an appalling state. Are we losing the skills to lay decent roads or is it the cutbacks that make them use shite materials. 
Groundwork is the important factor and laying tarmac on top of tarmac has no bonding strength.
