I was certain it should be mixed in equal measures. I shall check in the morning and expect to find thats where I went wrong.  ::)

That would certainly explain why it went off so fast and didn't bond the parts together.

More activator is not more better.

Well I checked this morning, and was almost disappointed to find that the version I bought is a 1 to 1 mixture. So my stupidity has been manifested in a less obvious way to get me where Ive got to with the diff mount.  ;D

I woke the good doctor with a phone call this morning ( sorry about that, although 10am isnt an unreasonable hour)  :D  and had a chat about it. Having thought about it since, I think I may have forgotten to rough up the surface on the centre part, which is why it separated.
Never mind. Solutions are at hand. May manage to get back on it today and see if I can get it sorted.

Put industrial strength rat poison under the bonnet along with a welcoming peanut butter baited trap.

They love peanut butter and the smell will definitely lure them to your trap.  :y

Put a new battery into mrs KW's MX5.. After the embarrassment of turning up for a COVID test in it on Monday, only for the staff to have to give me a jump start to allow me to go home. :-[

I was hoping they would know the difference between positive and negative, as I sat in the car as instructed awaiting the bang that proves otherwise. ;D

and yes, test was negative. I was suffering nothing worse than a particularly bad bout of gut rot. :-X

As was I following a lamb naga surprise* last weekend, from the worlds most expensive Indy Gindy (£35 for just the 2 of us, delivered).

Its been a while since I've had a curry from a curry house, and the poor potty didn't know what had hit it the following morning. I might have yelped a little as well.

*Surprise being my lamb naga was actually chicken naga.
