Down to 3 points now so much as i'd like to tear it up the M6 a driving ban would mean total loss of income, besides given the route i take i cross the "6" but lots of twisties & roundabouts to play with. [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]

I drove up the M6 today around 12 o'clock from Preston to Carlisle and between Junction's 36 & 37 just around Killington Lake services there has a white van parked on the side of bridge just out of sight but it had placed three tripod mounted camera's, one over each lane, I think I was travelling about 125-130mph!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Just aswell I was driving a Police Volvo T5

Perks of the job. I would if i could. I've had indicated 144 out of mine but quit while i was ahead. Still had a bit left but not much & was starting to feel very light for a big old car so lifted off gently.
   Speedos over read, but must've been doing 130'135 true speed?

It's about a 4 hour drive - without any holdups - 250 miles - for us, and SWMBO won't finish work until 2:00, with luck we'll be away by 3:00 so expect to arrive between 7:00 and 8:00 pm.

Last year i got held up for over an hour of stop/start at m5/m6 interchange at that time of day   and took me nearly 6 hours  
(tho i did have a  fuel stop and stop for break for Holly)
Reason im going to try to leave Swindon in the morning this time.

>:(Wogan's ok but if that infuriating Sarah Kennedy inflicted her condescending tones through my speakers i'd open the door & barrel roll across the motorway. Dunno what it is but that woman makes my sh*t itch.
    Who does she think she is? She should just do one.
