the reset proceedure may be different depending what sort of key you have.  Best to check your manual.

Are you saying the remote locking isn't working?
Yes that doesn't from the key also when I lock it by hand the alarm goes of when I unlock it and open the door

Tried it again doesn't seem to want to work

okies .. check the fob battery is in the right way round, and the little contacts haven't broken - small bit of card against the battery sometimes works.

Does the LED on the keyfob light when you press any buttons ??

Does anything happen when you press buttons with the key in the ignition and turned to ON ??

If nothing happens, and LED not lighting... sounds like the key is electrically "dead" .. we just need to find out why ... :(
The battery is + side outer (Tried it bothway) there is 3 pronglike thing's there that seem pretty secure
The LED light doesn't light up but I didn't think it did when the remote did work.
nothing happen's when I turn the ignition on and press the buttons
This has all happened when my key's got caught in the front door and the car key fell apart so perhap's a connection has come apart

« on: 04 April 2008, 16:12:19 »
I have only had my Omega for a few week's and I have just noticed that when I put the heater on the heat only comes out of the passenger side even when I turn off the passengers side and put the blower onto the drivers there is still no heat.
Any Idea's why anyone please.
